I looked across the room to my husband. He was deep a sleep on the couch, and I needed someone to help me in the kitchen. I stood with a sigh, and I knew he wouldn't help me with the dinner.

I opted for support from the stable boy, a very handsome young man willing to help me wherever he could. He quickly got to the house, and stood in front of me with a smile on his face. He greeted me with a friendly "Howdy" and assured me that he would be out under my feet soon.

It wasn't necessary, I wanted him to help me with the food and his company would make work go by easier. I always was glad to be a woman in front of a man, making food, doing laundry, non of it was tough when had my man watching me. It made me feel more like a woman. However, my man was dead asleep tonight.

Having a young handsome cowboy next to me wasn't bad at all. I mostly saw him working in the outside the ranch, and I could observe this strong man in action up close.

I was feeling really tired, the heat took out all the strength out of me and I was getting trouble even cutting the potatoes for roasting. However, stable boy was ready to help. He moved around me and put his muscled arms on mine, gripping my hands with his, guiding the knife. Our bodies moved together as we went through vegetable after vegetable.

This was much better than simply seeing his arms in action: I felt them in action. My heart started hammering loudly in my chest, heat flushed my face, I pressed my back tighter into him.

It felt so hypnotic, that we didn't even hear as my man dragged himself in the kitchen. His vision still unfocused, but quickly focused on us.

He demanded to know what we were doing. I told him that we were preparing food.

He stood, utterly perplexed, but I ignored his reaction and told him that it wasn’t as if he could help me, as the stable boy, with his body pressed to mine, continued working the knife.

Vibrations ran through my body and I let a giggle out looking at my man's eyes.
