Explore what happens when an award-winning artist teams up with a romantic/suspense novelist to tell the story of child abuse. Two South Florida women, Kathleen E. Kelly and Joyce Marie Taylor, have collaborated on a story that will touch the hearts of millions of abused women around the world.

“NINA'S CORNER”, although fictional, will propel you into the sick, sordid world of child sexual abuse, however, it will leave you inspired to join the cause for women against abuse of all kinds.

Beginning at age nine, NINA RIZZOLI is sexually abused by her grandfather for two excruciatingly long years. As the story unfolds in dramatic detail, you will be swept into her emotionally destructive world, and you will discover the lifelong effects of this horrific crime against an innocent child.

The painful memories and the emotional scars will never completely fade away, but Nina will eventually find hope through God's intervention. After a brief stay in a mental institution, along with the sincere faith of a few select friends and family, she will finally be allowed to live a normal life.

Throughout her ordeal, she finds solace in her own little corner of the world through her love of artistic expression. In the end, with a few strokes of her brush, she will courageously set out to aid other abused members of her community.
