Alys, widow from Bath, has a knack for marrying men who don’t live very long. Frankly, she’s had enough of the dance. And Miller’s so removed from the dance that the minstrel packed up and went home last week. Yet on pilgrimage to Canterbury Cathedral, surrounded by tall tales and good fellowship, these two reluctant hearts may find an answer to their prayers.

This is an original screenplay loosely based on the great Catholic classic by Geoffrey Chaucer.
