Something most definitely not on her list: a relationship.

She has decided that it is time for her oldest son to settle down and start producing grandchildren and keeps producing candidates to fill the position of wife. He's been working hard for the past year and needs a break both from work and the pressure to get married so he goes south looking for some sun and a little fun.

Neither one of them arrived looking for a relationship, but sparks fly when they meet. Will one week in paradise be enough?

Chapter One

"So, what do you think of my plan? It will work, right? And it will be one more thing to cross of my bucket list. That and whale watching. I understand that's great in Cabo in January."

Alexandra Nancy Brookdale, better known as Sandy, tried to radiate confidence, but her smile wobbled just a bit and so did her voice. She cleared her throat, took a sip of her margarita. She had made a pitcher of Angie's favorite drink in hopes of putting her friend in a receptive, supportive mood.

Then she cleared her throat, squared her shoulders and continued. "Seriously, Angie, what could go wrong? Worst case scenario, I have a nice relaxing vacation in Cabo, see some humpbacks and do some humping!"

"That's not funny!" Angie was almost shouting.

"Just relax, Angie. I know what I'm doing. I've given this a lot of thought."

"Sure. Of course. What could go wrong with a plan like that?" Angie Fuller stared at her like she'd grown another head. "Are you crazy, Sandy? Maybe you have a fever? Or are you telling me this so I can stop you from carrying out this insane plan of yours?"

Sandy sighed heavily. "Angie, you are my best friend and I love you to death, but there is nothing you can say or do to change my mind about this."

"Then why did you ask me here if not to talk you out of your insane plan?"

"It's not insane. It's practical. I'm twenty nine and I've decided that it's time to find out just what all the fuss is about. So I'm going to Cabo watch whales and have sex. All kinds of sex. If I'm going to do this, I'm going to do it right. So I did my homework and read a bunch of really hot books. Then I made a list of things I want to try. Regular. Oral, both kinds. Maybe with multiple men." She frowned. "Not sure about that. What do you think? Is one enough, or do I need more?"

"What!" Angie started choking and Sandy patted her on the back. "You want a threesome? Isn't that running before you can walk?"

"What? Oh, no. I mean a ménage sounds hot, but does anyone really have them outside of books? One guy at a time should be fine. But I'm thinking I should try out more than one over the course of the holiday, you know, to compare. Who knows, the first one I choose might be a dud in the bedroom and I have nothing to compare him too, except for my vibrator. But I haven't totally decided on that part yet. I was going to play that by ear. What do you think, Angie? Do you think I need to try it with more than one man to get a complete experience or just do everything on my list with the same guy?"

"You are crazy! Certifiable!"

"Angie, it's the perfect plan. I'll have a nice holiday. Get laid. And maybe even get a little work done. What's so crazy about that?"
