Tina and Diana are sisters and complete opposites. While Diana works hard to promote their family’s business, she finds herself more and more frustrated with Tina’s willingness to go out, party, and spend money without contributing. After years of putting up with her little sister’s irresponsible behaviors, Diana has decided to act.

Diana hires and funds Doctor Darren Kendrick’s research into behavioral modification. Doctor Kendrick and his nurse, the gorgeous Sophia, have developed a special program for naughty girls. Tina will be their first test subject. So once the details are set, Tina’s treatment begins.

Tina wakes up confused and restrained. The night before, she went out, but she can’t remember coming home. When the lights finally come on, Nurse Sophia explains that she requires treatment, but that she shouldn’t worry because her doctor will take very good care of her.

At first, Tina is willing to believe her captor. She even allows Nurse Sophia to strip, measure, and examine her for the doctor. But when Doctor Darren explains the full procedure, how Tina is going to be regressed back into toddlerhood and taught how to behave like a good girl, she can’t believe it. Tina tries to get away, but Nurse Sophia is relentless and keeps the poor girl restrained.

Over the coming hours and days, Tina’s treatment proceeds. She is catheterized, diapered, and put through extensive regressive therapy. Little by little, she learns how to behave, all the while clinging to the hope that she’ll be able to find some way out. But if Doctor Kendrick has anything to say, she’ll be a baby girl for a long, long time.
